The role of Property Portfolio Lead is a key position within the organisation, responsible for overseeing the operational management and maintenance of a portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Property Management: The Property Portfolio Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the property portfolio, including managing day-to-day operations, scheduling maintenance tasks, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Leadership: The incumbent will lead a team of leasing and maintenance specialists, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Financial Management: The Property Portfolio Lead will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field such as business, property, or real estate, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
