Role Overview

We are seeking a Claims Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing claims from lodgement to resolution.

About the Role

  • Take ownership of claims, including lodgement, for cases ranging from straightforward to moderately complex.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to ensure a smooth and seamless claims experience.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
