About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative.

Job Description:

This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contributing to a positive in-store experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide solutions tailored to their needs
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets and achieve store objectives
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and maintaining a well-presented store environment
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexible availability including weekends and late nights
