Our Commercial Banking area provides solutions to small businesses around Australia. Our customer-focused proposition has generated significant growth, and we now have opportunities for business-to-business sales professionals to join us and help build our success further.

You will play a key role in helping to proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers through client acquisition, cross-sell, referrals, and ongoing relationship management. Your role is to engage with existing small business customers primarily within your area and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to support business growth and development.

  1. Participate in high-volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling
  2. Provide high-quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-managed portfolio
  3. Rentain and grow existing customers
  4. Understand customer ambitions and help them realise their business growth and development goals
  5. Contribute to a high-performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning
  6. Meet assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard
  7. Engage with existing small business customers
  8. Manage a team-based customer portfolio
  9. Effectively collaborate with enablement teams
  10. Maintain deep knowledge of products to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions
Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships
  2. Provide excellent customer service to deliver a positive experience
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide informed advice
  5. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
