We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dental practice team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reception area with efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Answer phone calls in a timely manner, responding to patient inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Order office supplies and materials as necessary
  • Provide administrative support with accounts and other tasks

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be punctual, and have a high level of attention to detail. They should also be confident in using technology and able to multitask effectively.
