Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Lead and manage consultants to deliver high-quality design documentation on time, on budget, and in compliance with the project brief.
  • Design Review: Lead the review of the project design for regulatory and building compliance.
  • Constructability: Review the design for constructability in collaboration with the construction team and trade subcontractors to drive efficiencies during delivery.
  • Methodology Development: Actively participate in the development of the project delivery methodology.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with a principal contractor delivering large-scale Design and Construct (D&C) building projects from commencement to completion.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with external consultants to obtain the best outcomes for the project.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
