Job Title: Dedicated Caregiver

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver to join our team. As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting clients across South Western Sydney.

  • You will provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes.
  • This includes helping with personal care such as showering and dressing, assisting with medication, and providing transportation to appointments.
About You
  • You must be able to relate to people and be patient and solutions-focused.
  • Aged or community care experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • You have a valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance).
  • Possessing a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is ideal but training is provided for the right candidate.
  • You'll need to be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients.
What We Offer
  • $31.31 to $34.12 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided.
  • Full training given to all our Care Workers, no experience necessary.
  • Secure employment on a 14 day perm part-time roster so you can plan ahead.
  • Fitness Passport membership.
  • First Aid Certificate provided and paid for by us.
  • Paid Certificate III in Aged Care training available if you want to progress.
