Job Overview

The Research Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of ongoing research and reporting projects – including questionnaire design, fieldwork management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support research proposals and solution design across projects with the identification of appropriate methodologies that address client needs.
  • Integrate multiple data sources (quantitative, qualitative, syndicated) to generate impactful insights.
  • Manage relationships and project delivery with third-party data providers to address research questions and leverage outcomes.
  • Interpret data from various sources and prepare comprehensive research reports that communicate high-quality findings to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of market research tools and revenue-generating products.
  • Enhance product solutions and frameworks that effectively integrate research and insights into our offerings.
  • Create training materials and modules that help train internal staff and other departments.
  • Build meaningful relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
