You will have 3-5 years of Store Manager experience, with Area Manager or Regional Manager experience preferred.

Confidence to challenge the status quo and be solution-oriented in your approach is also required.

Exposure to both outlet and first-quality channels is preferred, as is knowledge of workplace laws & regulations and experience in leading employee relations matters on the ground.
