About the Role

As the Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in managing, promoting, and supervising all aspects of the club's operations. Your role will involve assisting with the oversight of administration, legal matters, accounting, staff management, bar and food services, gaming, facilities, entertainment, and community initiatives. You will also act as a key point of contact for critical stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
  • Oversee the administration, legal, and accounting functions of the venue
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience
  • Monitor and control costs, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners

Your Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support staff delegation and assist in smooth daily operations
  • Solid understanding of relevant statutes, acts, and regulations affecting the venue
  • Proficiency in financial management tasks, including assisting with budgeting, reporting, and accounting procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, crucial for supporting positive relationships with both employees and stakeholders
