Regional Sales Manager - Southern Territory

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients in the Southern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the Southern Territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
