Project Manager Job Overview

A dynamic Project Manager is required to lead a $10m Defence new build project. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, contracts management and design management experience.

The role involves delivering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring construction programmes are followed and deliver project quality to programme. Key responsibilities include managing project expenditure and cash flow, managing external engineering design aspects of projects and maintaining HSEQ requirements on the project.

  • Deliver high-quality projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain effective relationships with consultants and subcontractors.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar and minimum 5–15 years' experience delivering projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership ability in building and motivating teams to deliver high-quality projects.
