We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Field Service Technician to join our team at Workhorse Staffing. As a Mechanical Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct on-site mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and mobile plant machinery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their service needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
- Complete service reports and documentation as required, providing detailed records of work completed.
- Competitive Pay: $45 per hour + company vehicle + tools.
- Flexible Work Options: We offer a range of work-life balance friendly rosters, including Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Tuesday to Saturday.
- Consistent Overtime: Opportunity to work 50 to 65 hours per week (overtime not mandatory).
- Training and Development: Ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Qualified Mechanical Trade Certificate.
- Proven experience in mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting.

- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster if required.
