Customer Service and Sales Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a sales and customer support representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to provide expert advice and support in selecting the best solutions for their needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a high level of satisfaction
  • Promoting and expanding our trade loyalty program and trade accounts
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
  • A strong attention to detail
