**Support Workers - permanent part-time, ongoing roles available in Ballarat, 3 or 4 days per week**

Pinarc offers a unique opportunity where your skills can make a very real difference to the lives of people with disability. We have been operating for over 20 years, providing high-quality services to people with disabilities and their families. We provide support to over 1,000 Victorians with disability.

**About the role**:
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers who are motivated and enthusiastic team players to join our Active Living Options team.
Our popular programs provide exciting group programs at our two sites in Ballarat, that support customers aged 6 to 65. Programs run from 9am - 3pm Monday to Thursday and Fridays 9am-1pm. No weekends and no shift work

Our Disability Support Workers
- Help our customers achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
- Assist customers to actively participate within their local communities,
- Directly support the well-being of customers by understanding their needs, preferences and interests.
- Provide a range of support services including personal care, health, exercise and community experiences you will enable customers to live a quality life with dignity, respect and social inclusion.

**What we are looking for**
- Motivated and enthusiastic people who enjoy supporting others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to providing exceptional quality care to our customers
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Certificate III or IV Individual Support/ Home & Community Care/ Disability is required (or currently undertaking studying).
- At least two years experience in a support worker position (or similar) required
- Be yourself our staff are as diverse as the people we support
