About the Role

We are seeking an experienced House Manager to join our team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires a strategic and ground-level approach to managing a Respite Home supporting people with disability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, supporting staff, liaising with families, incident reporting, rostering, and stakeholder management.

About You
  • Proven experience in managing an Accommodation or Respite service, with a strong focus on quality service delivery.
  • Leadership experience, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and career development of staff.
  • Experience supporting clients with physical disabilities, behavioural support, and complex health support needs.
  • Experience in managing budgets and cost-effective rostering practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience liaising with key stakeholders, including families and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Well-developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
