Order Processing Team Leader

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee our Order Processing function, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to customers and support the development of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Order Processing team to achieve consistently high standards.
- Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and report on team performance, introducing improvements where necessary.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and customers through clear, effective communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Experience in order processing or customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Previous experience using Dynamic/Ticket systems.
- A results-driven mindset with excellent organisational skills.
