Location: Newcastle Office

We're looking for an Order Processing Supervisor to join our Newcastle team. In this role, you'll oversee the order processing function, making sure we deliver a first-class service to our customers while supporting and developing the team.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support the Order Processing team to deliver consistently high standards.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for customer queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, introducing improvements where needed.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers through clear, effective communication.
  • Work closely with other departments including Finance, Transport and Sales to ensure smooth service delivery.
Knowledge and Skills Required

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to lead by example. You'll bring:

  • Experience in order processing or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good IT and analytical skills, with the ability to spot improvements.
  • Previous experience using Dynamic/Ticket systems
  • A results-driven mindset with great organisational skills.
