About the Role

The Order Processing Supervisor will lead a team of professionals in achieving consistently high standards, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer queries, and monitoring and reporting on team performance.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and supporting the Order Processing team to achieve excellence in customer service and team development.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers through clear and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience in order processing or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Previous experience using dynamic/ticket systems.
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent organisational skills.
