This is a key role that will sustain our strong client relationships and support our internal water and cross-sector infrastructure teams. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a critical part in delivering asset management, operations, and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset operations and maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct asset condition assessments, remaining life calculations, and decay forecasts to inform maintenance strategies.
  • Apply International Infrastructure Management Manual processes and practices to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Implement and optimize CMMS/Enterprise Asset Management Systems to improve asset performance and reduce costs.
  • Lead asset reliability, availability, and maintainability improvement programs (RCM, RCA, FMECA) to enhance overall asset performance.
  • Develop asset management and maintenance training competency frameworks to upskill our teams.
  • Support the development of O&M mobility applications and maintenance initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • Experience in asset operations and maintenance delivery, with a strong focus on asset management.
  • Expertise in maintenance planning and scheduling, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Knowledge of asset management systems, frameworks, and practices, with a strong understanding of International Infrastructure Management Manual processes.
  • Background in reliability, root cause analysis, and asset life cycle programs, with a focus on improving asset performance.
  • Strong client-facing abilities to nurture key relationships and deliver exceptional service.
