Job Description

The Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor is responsible for fostering relationships with technical decision makers in assigned accounts to ensure broad adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively collaborate with customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services and coordinate activities with the Account Team.
  • Deliver expertise on digital transformation, provide guidance on technical and business architectures, and orchestrate success resources across SAP and customers.
  • Analyse customer's technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers.
  • Empower and prepare customers to maximise the solution's potential, aligning with SAP's strategy and roadmap.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience working in the IT Industry.
  • Excellent understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio: SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud.
  • Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers.
  • Professional experience with implementing cloud initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate proactively and prioritise efficiently.
