Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

• Embed yourself in the project team and gain hands-on understanding of solutions delivered.
• Develop executable change impact assessments and business readiness plans.
• Design and develop change and communication plans that drive desired change and buy-in across stakeholder groups.
• Design and deliver training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Provide hands-on support to the business in critical periods such as before, during, and after Go Live of new digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations & transformations, designers, architects, cyber, and clinical experts.
• Plan and facilitate client workshops.
• Work on client site to immerse yourself into the problem space and become a trusted team player.

• 3-5 years of experience as Change Manager on digital transformation projects. You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, or you may be looking for a change from a health industry role.
• A deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies to drive better health outcomes.
• Experience working with healthcare organisations, including public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements and define solution scope.
• An understanding of digital technologies, such as Salesforce Health Cloud and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and industry best practices within health and human services.
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with agile tooling such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Microsoft ADO, Miro, etc.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience.
• Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) is desirable.
