Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and accountability for the performance of the Open Space Operations business unit

  • Supervise and lead teams to successfully deliver open space and maintenance activities

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in management or a relevant technical discipline
  • 10+ years of experience leading a maintenance or service environment
  • Demonstrated experience in work management systems, planning processes, and work prioritization
  • Ability to determine project requirements, interpret plans, and execute works
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Class C Drivers Licence
  • WHS General Construction Work in NSW
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
