Green Space Operations Manager

We are a leading provider of green space solutions, dedicated to enhancing lives through the construction, nurturing, and maintenance of exceptional green spaces.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, with experience in a leadership or supervisory role. You will be responsible for overseeing the on-site activities of a team of 10 Team Leaders, 5 Team Members, and 5 Apprentices, ensuring efficient and safe operations across 50 commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee team activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Identify and implement improvements to client grounds and gardens.
- Lead, guide, and mentor turf and horticultural staff.
- Motivate and empower employees through effective communication, leadership, and performance feedback.
- Proactively raise WHS issues and participate in toolbox meetings.
- Conduct regular WHS inspections and report findings.

About You
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
- Valid White Card.
- Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Valid Drivers' license.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.
