Job Title: Account Director

Overview:

The account team is a skilled collective of social media enthusiasts who manage client relationships.

As an integral member of this high-profile team, you will work closely with various departmental specialists to deliver transformative social-first work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong client relationships by listening and understanding their individual requirements
  • Presenting to junior and senior clients, as well as partner meetings and events
  • Maximizing revenue from clients and producing accurate costs estimates
  • Managing a team to deliver effective performance across all levels

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of agency experience, with a strong background in social & influencer environments
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage direct reports and lead the accounts team
  • Experience working on community management projects is a bonus
