We are seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Manager to lead our high-impact digital marketing strategies. As a key advisor and performance specialist, you will oversee multi-channel campaigns, advanced optimisations, and client retention – while mentoring a team to ensure success at every level.

About The Role:
  • This senior role involves developing high-level performance strategies for large-scale, complex digital marketing campaigns.
  • You will optimise and analyse campaigns to drive superior performance outcomes across PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and more.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of specialists and managers, ensuring their development and success.
  • Understand client goals and develop best-in-class strategies to align with their business objectives.
  • Deliver in-depth performance reports and insights to both clients and senior management.
  • Act as a key client contact, managing expectations, challenges, and opportunities for long-term success.
  • Drive strategic presentations, clearly demonstrating channel roles within the media mix.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet KPIs, providing accurate scoping, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Identify at-risk clients, working proactively to strengthen relationships and mitigate churn.
