We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to enhance the lives of vulnerable adults through impactful, person-centred care.
About the Role:- Manage complex cases, including assessment and risk management, drawing on substantial frontline experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in social work theories and intervention models.
- Serve as a key knowledge source within the team, supporting peers and best practice.
- Oversee, teach, and assess social work students during practice learning placements.
- Provide professional evidence in court, particularly in relation to care proceedings.
- Assess and manage risk for vulnerable adults.
- Apply social work theories and intervention models.
- Support and mentor colleagues within the team.
- Supervise and assess social work students.
- Present evidence in court.
- Social Work England registration.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Post-qualified experience.
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality social work services.
