Defence ICT Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role that requires extensive experience in Defence ICT projects, either consulting or direct. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in practice or business unit leadership and be able to win and deliver work through panel arrangements.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading the development and growth of the Defence ICT practice, building and managing strong client relationships within Defence and associated stakeholders, overseeing delivery of projects, and contributing to strategy, business development, and winning work within Defence and Government.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset combined with a willingness to remain close to delivery and be based in Canberra. They will also hold an active Security Clearance of NV1 or higher.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a practice within a dynamic firm during a period of significant growth and contribute to high-impact Defence programs. The successful candidate will receive the full backing of a well-established firm, complete with the infrastructure, resources, and reputation necessary to ensure their success in building and leading this function.
