About the Role

The Reporting & Modelling Stream within Risk Strategy portfolio is embarking on an exciting journey to reimagine risk information provision across the bank.

As the PMO Lead, you will support the Head of Reporting & Modelling Strategy in overseeing and managing RDH & OPRH related programs, ensuring smooth operation and effective management of key project disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to establish team planning and delivery cadences, rituals, and practices
  • Work with the Head of Reporting & Modelling Strategy to develop reporting and common processes across related strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate project management information, including progress against schedules, budget tracking, risk, issue, and dependency management, and management reporting
  • Develop and implement project controls to ensure alignment with relevant standards and project compliance requirements
  • Track benefits and contributions to the organization
Your Profile
  • Experience with Cloud technologies and their application in business practice improvement
  • Familiarity with agile delivery principles and exposure to various delivery approaches
  • Significant experience as a PMO Lead for large, complex programs in a medium to large corporate environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively, hands-on, with passion and energy as a key member of an agile team
  • Knowledge of PMO management, finance processes, risk, and project management standards, particularly PPM or similar systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate project teams, balance program/project and staff needs
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
