About the Role

You will be responsible for finding employment outcomes for participants in our Inclusive Employment program by identifying opportunities and securing placements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support job seekers with disability to achieve sustainable employment.
  • Develop tailored employment plans and provide pre-employment preparation.
  • Partner with employers to identify inclusive opportunities and place candidates into meaningful roles.
  • Build strong relationships with community organisations and stakeholders.
  • Address workplace adjustments, mentoring and training needs to ensure success.
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with program requirements.
