Technical Pega Implementation Specialist

The role of Technical Pega Implementation Specialist involves the development and maintenance of Pega applications, with a focus on technical implementation and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Pega applications in accordance with specifications
- Provide level 3 technical support for Pega built applications and implement fixes
- Modify workflows, data models, and user interfaces to improve system functionality
- Design and execute test cases to validate application functionality
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing to ensure high-quality solutions
- Document technical designs and implementation approaches to facilitate future reference
- Collaborate with Business Architects to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Understanding of case management and decision management principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Testing and debugging skills to ensure high-quality solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Background in software development and technical implementation
- Experience working with Pega projects or implementations
- Understanding of the Commission's role as an end-to-end regulator
