About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pega consultant to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating Pega applications that solve core challenges for our clients, improving their operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pega architecture and best practices, with proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions. They should also have demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of core telco business processes.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Pega solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, including client workshops and technical development
  • Provide expert guidance on Pega architecture and best practices
  • Collaborate with project managers and analysts to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

  • Pega expertise, including experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions
  • Deep telco knowledge, including experience working within the telecommunications industry
  • Client-facing skills, including exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Functional and technical versatility, including ability to switch between functional analysis and technical development
