Business Analyst Role
About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to create Pega applications that solve core challenges for telco clients, improving their operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on a Pega Project and deep knowledge of telecommunications industry business processes.
This role requires exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions, including leading workshops with client stakeholders to define business requirements and translate these needs into technical specifications and process flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pega Expertise: Proven hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on a Pega Project.
- Deep Telco Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry is a must-have.
- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
- Functional & Technical Versatility: Ability to seamlessly switch between functional analysis (gathering requirements, process mapping) and technical development (configuration, hands-on implementation).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural ability to analyse complex problems, propose effective solutions, and think critically.
