Job Description

As a visionary Health and Wellness leader, you will be responsible for spearheading our organization's Health and Safety strategy.

The role requires the development and implementation of proactive risk management initiatives to drive a culture of safety across the business.

Key objectives include collaborating with senior leadership teams to develop strategic Health and Safety plans, designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for line leaders and employees, and providing expert guidance on Health and Safety matters.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with in-depth knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation who can champion compliance and drive cultural change.
