Plant Reliability Strategist

We seek a forward-thinking professional to drive the reliability and longevity of our assets. As a Plant Reliability Strategist, you will shape the future of plant maintenance by optimizing resources, developing strategies, and creating execution-ready Work Orders.

Your work will directly influence the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations. You will develop and maintain forward works programs for fixed plant assets, collaborate with subject matter experts, and refine scopes and optimize Work Orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build fully scoped and resourced Work Orders that are execution-ready well in advance
  • Develop and maintain forward works programs for fixed plant assets
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, Reliability, and Engineering teams to refine scopes and optimize Work Orders
  • Confirm rotable and parts availability to safeguard planning integrity
  • Coordinate and track projects using PES and DCRM systems
  • Support monthly PM05 forecasting and adjust for work churn and operational priorities
  • Link OPEX tasks to CAPEX projects for full lifecycle visibility
  • Analyze shutdown performance outcomes to improve master data and planning strategies
  • Drive master data updates to continuously enhance scheduling accuracy
