About the role:

We're seeking a Cleaning and Organization Team Member to play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store space. No prior experience is required; just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Using equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors.
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark.

You'll work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a team setting. We value employees who are committed to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • A passion for working safely and adhering to safety protocols.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • To be active and physically fit, able to lift up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
