We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our dynamic team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. You will be working as part of a close-knit team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the efficient operation of our Food and Beverage department.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve beverages to our guests with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the department by following established procedures and protocols.
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role.
- Valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
