Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality beverages and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • The Coffee Specialist will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and pour-overs.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of coffee-related products and promotions, ensuring up-to-date information is provided to customers.

  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year's experience as a Barista or in a related role.

  • Coffee certification/education experience is an asset.

  • Excellent communication and customer empathy skills.

  • Ability to multitask, think critically, and solve problems.

  • Good time-management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift work may be required.
