Hotel Service Role

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our front-of-house team as a Food & Beverage Attendant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our lounges.

This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm and welcoming service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of service, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Australian working rights
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Federal Police Clearance
  • Experience in hospitality, preferably food & beverage operations
  • La carte table service experience (highly regarded)
