Strategic Delivery Professional Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a senior professional to lead our Agent Tools platform, overseeing delivery and operations of one of our critical platforms.
- Act as day-to-day lead and face of the platform, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive engagement and provide direction to vendors and service integration partners.
- Partner with business stakeholders to co-design and support the development of the Agent Tools roadmap and strategy.
- Champion business demands and ensure highest business value is achieved through strategic and scalable solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience as a senior delivery/platform manager in a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, setting and managing competing priorities.
- Developed stakeholder relationship skills and advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing and directing technical delivery vendors.
