Strategic Delivery Lead

This is a high-visibility project that spans continents and integrates newly acquired companies, offering a unique opportunity to drive a market-facing product rollout and shape the future of international education.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of a consumer-facing product from concept to launch, aligning with internal SaaS infrastructure and external market needs.
- Manage multi-stream projects across global time zones, including Australia and Europe, leveraging stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Drive governance, budgeting, resource planning, and benefits realization in a matrixed environment, collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Produce high-quality documentation and reporting for executive visibility, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- 10+ years of experience in software product/project delivery, preferably with project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven ability to lead across cultures and geographies.
- Experience working with acquired companies and navigating integration challenges, with willingness to travel occasionally.
- Availability for regular early evening calls (3–7 PM AU time) and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
Bonus Skills: Background in software product manufacturing, exposure to broad business functions, familiarity with innovation and product testing.
