Program Delivery Specialist

About the Role

The Program Delivery Specialist will support project team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the Digital Program Delivery team and across other related project delivery teams.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, promoting professional growth and encouraging a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective project plans, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.

This is an opportunity to work on complex digital projects and contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Project planning and delivery
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Resource allocation and capacity management
  • Risk and issue management

A degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience and certifications are desirable. You should have 5+ years of experience managing digital programs or projects and be proficient in using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, JIRA.
