We are seeking a strategic leader with a drive to transform healthcare delivery. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in advancing virtual care solutions that improve patient outcomes and experiences.
- You will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate a key project that supports comprehensive secondary triage to reduce pressure on paramedics, control centres, and hospitals.
- You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams - including paramedics, nurses, and doctors- as well as stakeholders across NSW Health, private contractors, and the community.
- You will promote and monitor strategies to strengthen stakeholder engagement and ensure the successful delivery of NSW Ambulance's contribution to the Strategic Workforce Infrastructure Team (SWIFT) program.
- You will oversee all aspects of the program, ensuring it is delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets, while supporting the transformation of virtual healthcare delivery.
About You:
- Experience and/or training in a health-related field, with current knowledge or the ability to quickly gain knowledge of NSW Ambulance operations and the NSW health system.
- Expertise in program management, including implementing local or regional projects with statewide impact, participating in organisational change, and applying redesign methodology and training.

- Facilitate change, analyse data, manage rostering, and support operational staff, developing practical solutions while balancing competing priorities.
- Skilled in managing project scope, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks, with proven people management capabilities - including staff support, development, performance management, and resolving workplace issues such as bullying, grievances, and conflicts.
- High-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare quality documentation, deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and engage diverse audiences.
- Highly organised, capable of prioritising and multitasking in demanding environments, always maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and experiences.
What We're Looking For:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in complex environments.
