Solution Architect – Salesforce Health Cloud

Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior healthcare solution architect to lead the design and delivery of digital health solutions that transform patient care, streamline provider workflows, and ensure compliance with Australian healthcare regulations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape solutions that integrate Salesforce with leading EMR / EHR systems, driving digital transformation initiatives across the healthcare sector.

About the Role

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, ensuring secure, scalable architectures aligned with FHIR, HL7, and Australian healthcare privacy standards.
  • Design and implement integration strategies with EMR / EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.) and other healthcare platforms.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to drive collaboration and understanding.
  • Provide governance and best practices across configuration, data models, and integrations, mentoring and guiding consultants, developers, and fellow architects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Salesforce Health Cloud experience at an architecture level, including certifications such as Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance frameworks, and integration standards, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
