About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our Organisational Performance and Leadership practice in a management consulting capacity.

You will work as a consultant in a client-facing role, across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects.

Key responsibilities include engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables.

You will also manage small- to medium-sized projects, develop and manage relationships with clients, provide thought leadership, support and enable high-achieving project teams, and actively develop the capability of your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Tertiary level qualifications across Learning and Development, Psychology, Human Resources and/or related business discipline
  • 5+ years in a management consulting or internal HR or OD role with a focus on: designing, facilitating, and implementing organisational improvements, organisational psychology, leadership assessment & development, workforce transformation, learning & development, change management and coaching and facilitation
  • Broad understanding of organisational capability issues within large and complex organisations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw out meaningful insights from data
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building and group facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
  • The capability to think, articulate and write logically
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills
  • Understanding and use of project management tools and experience in defining and delivering projects, or working in a project environment
  • Security clearance (essential)
