Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join our team based on-site at a shopping centre in Sydney. This is a part-time opportunity, working two days a week and for a fixed-term contract until September 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance retail experiences and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage and enhance the client's brand, maintaining brand consistency across various marketing channels and collateral.
  • Develop and execute online strategies to optimize customer engagement and increase brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including retail tenants and vendors.

Requirements

  • Ideal experience within retail/shopping centre marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Extensive experience in event planning and organization.
