About Our Venues

With multiple venues attracting visitors from across the globe, we aim to provide not just awe-inspiring exhibits, but also exceptional venue experiences and great culinary experiences in our on-site restaurants.

The Role

As our top chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to:

  • Lead and inspire our kitchen teams focusing on events and venues
  • Assist in crafting creative, seasonal menus that reflect our diverse audience and vibrant community
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and team training
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as Exec Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a high-performing team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and cost management
  • A collaborative attitude, commitment to excellence, and creativity
  • Current Food Safety Qualifications
