About Coronary Care Nursing
At Calvary Mater Newcastle, we seek a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Coronary Care Unit. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and the ability to respond promptly to emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor patients' cardiovascular status.
- Respond promptly to life-threatening situations such as arrhythmias or cardiac arrest.
- Provide education on heart disease management and prevention to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
About You
We require a Registered Nurse who is authorized by AHPRA and has a demonstrated understanding of transfer of care and patient flow principles.
