Technical Specialist - High Pressure Grinding Roll

Job Description: We seek a seasoned technical expert to spearhead the provision of technical and strategic support to our sales and service teams in the HPGR Services domain. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging global service strategies with regional execution, ensuring seamless implementation of lifecycle offerings and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on HPGR technology and services, driving solution development and customer engagement.
  • Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, customer-centric value propositions that drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with global service strategies, leveraging market trends and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution of reconditioning and refurbishment services, meeting global quality standards.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and technical training for internal teams and customers, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
  • Support business development by identifying new service opportunities and contributing to contract negotiations, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical-commercial role, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization, leveraging strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with fluency in English and additional regional languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region (up to 50%).
