Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Rolling Line Operator to join our team. As a Rolling Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating the flaking rollers in such a manner as to achieve optimum output while working in conjunction with all production team members.

  • Manage the four rolling lines, ensuring the machine is running smoothly to produce oat flakes to specification.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to quality, EHS, and good manufacturing practice requirements at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong understanding of GMP requirements and work standards.
